End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User," "you") and FinBoost Inc ("Company," "we," "us") for use of the loangen.ai service for U.S. small businesses and customers (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Service provides general informational guidance only. It is not financial, legal, accounting, tax, lending, brokerage, or investment advice.

3. No Loan Guarantees

We do not:

  • Guarantee loan approval
  • Guarantee loan terms, rates, or outcomes
  • Act as a lender, broker, or credit decision-maker

Any financing decisions are made solely by third-party lenders and you.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all information before relying on it
  • Your business, financing, and compliance decisions
  • Any losses or damages from your use of the Service

5. Accuracy and Availability

The Service may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect outputs. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
